What is it about?
This is a response to Sami Pihlstrom's 2023 article “Pragmatism as Mediator—Seeking an Illusory Harmony?” I agree with Pihlstrom's account of philosophical mediation and propose extending it to practical contexts as well, with a focus on punishment.
