A Balancing Act? Inter-Ministerial Co-operation in the Work of the Cultural Attachés

What is it about?

Our study examines for the first time the role of cultural attachés in the implementation of national cultural diplomacies. The article looks at three European countries - specifically Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden - focusing on the relationship between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture.
