What is it about?
Regional stability is a long-term goal in a votalite region like the Middle East, and the process is far from achieved. The Abraham Accords and the I2U2 represented important shifts in Middle East politics, lighting up hopes of stabilisation through the normalisation between Israel and Arab countries. it was followed by the formation of a minilateral geo-economic partnership involving the US, UAE, India, and Israel. This paper explores the contigencies upon which the minilateral can build long-term peace and stability in the region. In this minilateral, India's role is unique because it is a pragmatic shift in India's Middle East policy, indicating that India is exercising strategic autonomy in choosing areas of cooperation. Overall, India's addition to the cooperation confers on it the opportunity to advocate for peace, stability, and the resolution of longstanding conflicts.
