What is it about?

The article examines gender gaps in Nigerian law against female workers as it pertains to their employment rihts, it highlights various obnoxious policies and practices against female employees against the backdrop of international coventions on female employment rights and make a case for the abrogation of such obnoxious practice while also recommending for the review of the law.
