What is it about?

This article analyses Norway's role in international criminal justice. It discusses Norway's diplomatic role as well as its financial contributions to the field. It also presents and discusses Norway's domestic laws, policies, and politics on international criminal justice. The article argues that international criminal justice is a 'foreign policy' issue in Norway, and even a topic for international development. However, a strategic foreign policy on international criminal justice is complicated by domestic politics.
