What is it about?
Drawing on the findings of an empirical study, this article explores the issue of apology in medical negligence disputes. In particular, the article explores the importance of an apology, and the components of apologies deemed to be important by a patient-plaintiff and/or their family. These include key concerns such as the timing of the apology, and the source of the apology.
