What is it about?
This article explores Pentecostalism in Australia. It looks first at the origins of global pentecostalism as a continuation of the narrative of Luke-Acts. It considers how the community of Luke-Acts operated to care for the poor and marginalised as a sign of spirit baptism. Australian pentecostalism is evaluated in the light of this.
