Why is it important?
The communication between rider and horse is complex and challenging. A good understanding of rider-horse communication can enhance the understanding of the interspecies communication between the two.
Perspectives
We believe that this study could challenge practitioners in sports dressage and other equestrian cultures to reflect on their practices and possiblily to improve them, for the benefit of both humans and horses.
