What is it about?
The same scribe copied certain dead sea scrolls but these scrolls exhibit inconsistent orthography, which suggests the scribe was simply copying the word-forms from earlier manuscripts, which in turn implies that looking at orthographic features may not be helpful in investigating the linguistic profile of specific individuals, though it still may suggest something of the earlier copyists / writers.
