What is it about?
What happens when schools encourage students to lead projects? This article explores the thoughts and skills I developed through my high school project: creating an art exhibition featuring my school's SDG-related artwork to raise money for a good cause.

Why is it important?
Through personal reflections and examples, I show the process of creating an art exhibition at a high school level. This is important to emphasise the role of schools, institutions, and the general public in not only encouraging such initiatives, but also providing concrete aid.
Perspectives
This article is only one chapter in a wider publication dedicated to tackling the question: what happens when students are given more responsibility? It was a great pleasure to be a part of such a project and share my own experiences.
