What is it about?

It seems that on the one hand they like to take on a role model function, but on the other hand they have respect for the consequences that come with it. A survey of 12 people revealed four different patterns of how youth leaders experience this tension. This study helps to gain a better understanding of the job profile of youth leaders and gives first approaches to what support and training they need for their important task.
