What is it about?

The present paper proposes to compare Hakka, Taiwanese Southern Min (henceforth TSM), and Japanese loanwords in Saisiyat from a phonological perspective. We show that the influence of Hakka on Saisiyat is so deep that there is little impact from Japanese and Taiwanese Southern Min, even if loan phonemes are found to originate from these three source languages. The paper is written in Chinese.
