What is it about?
The manuscript is a book review on arguably the first comprehensive study of Vietnam's public diplomacy in the 21st century. The existence of this book not only revises the conventional outlook of regarding Vietnam as a read-off case of China, but also contributes to a more diverse understanding of public diplomacy in particular and diplomatic studies in general.
