What is it about?

A balanced and fair teaching in maintaining the synthesis between Christology and pneumatology needs to be applied in the context of church leadership. The goal is to be able to contribute to support the creation of equal space and opportunity for both men and women who want to become leaders. The above teaching that is unbalanced and unfair will cause Christian teaching and practice to not have a clear and precise basis. The consequences, either directly or indirectly, can lead to social injustice, especially to the detriment of women.
