What is it about?

The article is about how we can think about what is happening in contemporary South African politics along the lines of the New Right. Whilst traditionally associated with North America and Europe, the article seeks to draw parallels with the South African context. Thus expanding the reach of the analysis of political conservatism beyond its current geographical limits.
