What is it about?
The paper explores the relationships between the Arogbo Ijaw people and their neighbouring communities in the Western Niger Delta region of Nigeria when the British had a presence there. It looks at how these groups interacted with each other, including both cooperation and conflicts and how British colonial rule influenced by these interactions. The study aims to provide a better understanding of the social, economic, and political dynamics in the region during this period.
