Why is it important?
There are many voices on the doctrine of the Holy Spirit, and Gordon's work is one to be considered with the best. He bridges high level scholarship and abstract ideas with his own personal testimony, using story and scripture to support his ideas. This text is not meant for the scholar alone but for pastor and laity alike.
