What is it about?

The structure of most Higher Education Institutions particularly in Africa exhibits some form of inequality between male and female lecturers and researchers mainly as re result of patriarchy, that is, the structure of the society which gives room for male- centredness, male domination and male oriented which determines how things are done in the different institutions in the society with a focus of Higher education Institutions, with specific reference to Universities in Nigeria and Ghana in the paper
