What is it about?
We describe a novel method for treatment of refractory macular holes. We performed a sub threshold Laser in refractory Macular Hole that did not closed with ILM peeling and gas surgery in uncooperative patient. The hole is closed and the visual acuity improved.

Why is it important?
This technique is less invasive then traditional surgical management. This is the first case of using Sub-threshold laser for this indication.
Perspectives
Future studies are required to better understand the efficacy and saftey profile of this technique.
