This report describes a highly unusual case of malignant peritoneal mesothelioma (MPM), who presented with abnormal menstrual bleeding due to diffuse infiltration of the uterus.

Diagnosis of MPM remains challenging and it is therefore important to publish these cases to help clinicians in the diagnosis of these rare conditions.
