What is it about?
Propranolol is considered the first-line treatment for complicated cases of infantile hemangioma. Therefore, in recent years, its use has expanded in the pediatric population. To the best of our knowledge, here, we report the first case of psoriasiform diaper rash developing during propranolol therapy in a child with infantile hemangioma.
