What is it about?
Porous asphalt is an important technology of LIDs. It helps improving runoff water quality and reducing runoff quantity and flow rate onsite. However, few researches focus on studying the relationship between its microstructure and pollutant removal capability. This work investigated the microstructure of one type asphalt asphalt mixture by X-ray CT and related image processed technology, and Pb ions removal performance by an artificial rainfall event.
