What is it about?
Siltstones from flysch rock mass are susceptible to weathering under atmospheric influences. It is important because of strength lossening during the time and could have significant impact on landslide occurrences in flysch formations.

Why is it important?
The flysch rock deposits is very heterogenius formation sensitve on different processes such are drying, wetting, and weathering. It is very demanding geological formation for any type civil engineering construction. All data about strength of a flysch deposit is very useful.
