What is it about?

In this article an I.F. steel is studied. What is steel in the recovery and recrystallization of grain growth with respect to its mechanical properties (tension vs. deformation)? The thermomechanical process is solved in the steel, in the cold, the thickness of 0.5 mm is reached, the recovery process is carried out and recrystallized at different temperatures characterizing the morphology of the grains and the stress tests of this way of evaluating the Mechanical properties of the steel according to the climbing values of elongation vs. Lankford constant.

Why is it important?

Develop new materials such as cold rolled IF steel, allows to manufacture and deform sheets smaller than 0.5 mm, besides the mechanical properties are the product of the deformation of the microstructure of IF steel.

Perspectives

The automotive industry and white line every day demand new and better metal products that offer the advantage of being deformed without suffering deformations or breaks reaching elastic limits.
