What is it about?
Monosodium Urate crystal is responsible for gout in humans. We have shown that using plant extracts, we can cure Gout and event the oxidative stress related to this pathology.

Why is it important?
Our finding shows that we can use plant extracts for sustainable treatment of Gout with less side effect over a very short period of time. Use food behaviour to treat a food behaviour disease.
