Why is it important?

Our findings showed that awareness, ownership, and utilization were high. Age, female gender, being married, being a civil servant and average income above the poverty line are factors significantly associated with usage. We recommend continuous free distribution, periodic household survey, and expansion of public knowledge on the benefits of LLINs usage, especially through social media.

Perspectives

I hope this article motivate the policymakers to sustain the free distribution of LLINs across the country.
