What is it about?
Finding optimal value using centroids/coordinates/range values is simplified by using k-means approach. This approach is widely used in addressing optimization issues in various algorithmic format of designs. In our proposed work we slightly modified this k-means and improved the network performance

Why is it important?
WSNs are suffering from energy consumption due to several constraints. Here addressed to use clustering technique so that to improve energy saving options in the working scenario
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. This article also lead to several researchers in WSN field contacting me and ultimately to a greater involvement in wireless sensor network research forum.
