Why is it important?

The foundation of all science is measurement and traditional approaches are unnecessarily error ridden and tedious. The new psychometric approaches when combined with modern technology produce fast, precise and accurate information traditionally only available in physical sciences.

Perspectives

The time has come to use modern tools and the Rasch family of psychometric methods to make OP/OB science and practice on par with our metrology colleagues in engineering.
