What is it about?

In this article I discuss how on-the-job experiences predict fluctuations of well-being from day to day and changes in well-being over longer periods of time. I address the question if and how well-being predicts fluctuations and changes in on-the-job experiences and job performance.

Why is it important?

This article demonstrates that well-being and on-the-job experiences are reciprocally linked and that processes related to positive indicators of well-being do not always mirror processes related to negative indicators of well-being.
