What is it about?

This literature review explores studies that investigate data collected in free-living conditions (your everyday life) and clinical standard tests performed in clinic. Monitoring everyday physical activity through digital health technology can translate in something meaningful and important for observing your health and its changes. This is thanks to the association that everyday measurements have with standard clinical tests, such as the 6-minute walk test and the timed up and go test.
