What is it about?

We wrote this paper to summarize our experience of GenAI use by our students and ourselves in the situation when the disruptive technology threatens to completely change everything we perceived as true, when there are no ethical norms that might guide us

Why is it important?

We summarized our experience specific to a certain university in a middle-income African country - Botswana. Experiences of people in other eduсational context could be different, but I think, it is important to share a personal story

Perspectives

We really enjoyed writing this paper. It was an interesting experiment, as we could ask GenAI what does it think, say, about the ethical side of its own use, and compare the response with our own views and observations
