What is it about?
In our research, we explored how machine learning, a type of artificial intelligence that helps computers learn from data and make decisions, can improve the efficiency of real-time data streaming from IoT devices by addressing their challenges and bottlenecks. These devices collect and send large amounts of data to the cloud, which can be difficult to manage effectively. Machine learning techniques can enhance how these devices process and transmit information, making IoT devices smarter and more efficient in handling data. This improvement can benefit many applications in our daily lives by making data management more effective.

Why is it important?
Our work is unique because it comprehensively addresses the critical challenges and bottlenecks in IoT data streaming and device performance, offering a detailed review of existing research. By evaluating how various machine learning tools can address these issues, we provide new insights into optimizing IoT systems. This study not only highlights the limitations of previous approaches but also offers a critical assessment of their effectiveness. Our findings could guide future research and practical applications, improving the efficiency and functionality of IoT devices in real-time data management.
Perspectives
Working on this publication has been both a challenging and rewarding experience. I thoroughly enjoyed analyzing and critiquing existing research while investigating how machine learning can improve IoT data streaming. This work is especially meaningful to me as it builds upon and completes my master's project and has significant implications for advancing everyday technology. My hope is that this article highlights the real-world benefits of overcoming IoT challenges and sparks further research in this dynamic field. Ultimately, I aim to demonstrate how advancements in machine learning can create smarter, more efficient IoT devices, providing a glimpse into the future and making a tangible impact on how we manage and use data in our daily lives.
