Why is it important?

This work shows how LLMs can be leveraged to uncover interesting insights into user behavior for a recommendation product. We demonstrate how we use LLMs to not only quantitatively evaluate the recommendation quality on our product but also understand product shift at a granular level through defining recommendation scenarios.
