What is it about?
The big picture of my research addressing ways to help open-source software communities recruiting more contributors. By helping new contributors find tasks they can aim to increase the number of new contributors recruited and the retention.

Why is it important?
Open source software communities are dependent of collaborators. If they succeed in they first contributors we increase the probability they become long-term contributors
Perspectives
We aim to automate the process of skills discovery by tagging the issues with the skills needed to solve each task.
