What is it about?
We explored the possibilities of using classical machine learning for integration into a medical chatbot. The article describes the approach used to understand the user's remark in natural language. We tried to find out if it was possible to collect the symptoms of the disease without drawing too much attention of the user.

Why is it important?
The very important task is to free clinic registries from routine operations, and to equip doctors with a "second opinion" mechanism. Our study focuses on these two issues.
