This research highlight thas the success of an unmanned aerial vehicle mission MALE is not only measured by the its results, but we shall appreciate the whole system and the operator working behind it. For 24 hours the operator works for monitoring, maintaining and making decisions is one of the most important processes. Therefore, the GCS must be designed human centered to avoid detrimental effects of physical and mental. it is lined with STANAG 4671 USAR 1703-1704
