What is it about?
Digitizing operations is one of the pillars of digital transformation (DX). It is important for CIO or CTO who typically lead digital transformation, to understand changes before and after processes since they should assess whether or not the company has achieved the success of the DX journey. This paper proposes a new holistic approach, Digital TwinCity for streamliing the comparative analysis of business processes.

Why is it important?
Digital TwinCity enables you to have an understanding of the relationship between all of the parts of the twin processes (i.e., two different processes). You can identify the improvement and problem points across the entire period of the DX journey by finding the differences/commonalities between the two processes.
