What is it about?
As enrollment numbers grow, educators face new challenges. Lectures and interacting with students aren't much of our job anymore, and in the long run, our success as educators depends on our management skills. What does it take to build a successful instructional team? How to design the right organizational structure?

Why is it important?
With a new organizational structure, it's possible to scale the course to teach several thousand students, and maybe even more.
Perspectives
Working on this new organizational structure has been a fantastic challenge. It's a management task that involves important pedagogical considerations, as we had to take a business-like perspective on teaching. This project would not have been possible without our amazing course development team (Kezziah Ayuno, Joshua Billson, Alinn Martinez, Justin Monteza, and Helen Trinh).
