What is it about?
This paper is centered around a Massive Open Online Course titled "Introduction to Quantum Computing for Everyone" created by a team at UChicago and offered on EdX. The aim of the course is to teach an Introductory Quantum Computing course while only requiring High School Algebra as a prerequisite, thereby lowering the barrier to entry and allowing a larger group of people to learn the material.
