What is it about?
Cyberbullying is a form of trauma among students that is experienced from the early to late years of learning. Due to technological advancement and the proliferation of social media, cyberbullying is getting more rampant and obvious. This study aims to assess the students’ profiles and the prevalence of cyberbullying in the higher education institutions in Central Luzon, Philippines.

Why is it important?
The study is done to simply map and provide baseline information of students who are currently studying in the higher education institution and at the same time assess the possibility of cyberbullying victims and perpetrators. In addition, it also provides additional knowledge on the perception of the students of how the view themselves in terms of bullying in the social media.
Perspectives
Cyberbullying is part of academic life. Though it can be managed and anticipated, it all starts within the family and how they treat each member.
