SIGUCCS Academy is Technology Service training for IT service providers by practicing IT managers and trainers from fellow SIGUCCS Members. Practical instruction from practicing professionals. Attendees will learn real skills that will have immediate impact on their organization’s customer Service performance.

Why is it important?
The SIGUCCS Academy will increase the level of professionalism within end user support services for participating institutions. Creates an affordable standardized training program that will be accessible by universities and colleges that are not resourced to provide internal technology services training. Reinforces SIGUCCS position as a leader in technology and computer services for universities and colleges.
