What is it about?
We show how to use EdgeImpulse to quickly develop image processing apps with Machine Learning without deep knowledge of the field. We have used two relevant scenarios: land use and tea leaves sicknesses.

Why is it important?
A simple app, which can quickly and easily capture an image and then classify it can be a game-changer for remote health applications or agriculture in developing countries. EdgeImpulse gives you the possibility to quickly develop such apps, with only rudimentary knowledge of mobile app programming and machine learning.
Perspectives
We are going to apply the same approach to various other applications, like crop monitoring.
