What is it about?

With the rapid development of modern Internet technology, the combination of traditional education form and modern computer technology is deepening. And the "Internet plus" education mode has gradually been applied to traditional classroom. Online and offline blended education has gradually become a new educational form which is more in line with students' recognition rule. Based on this, taking the reform of online and offline mixed teaching mode of computer network course as an example, this paper expounds the practice and reflection of online and offline mixed teaching from four aspects: mixed teaching goal, exploration and practice of mixed teaching, application effect of mixed teaching, and application reflection of mixed teaching, and puts forward that online resource construction should be the starting point for carrying out mixed teaching, The teaching design is student-centered, with a variety of flexible teaching methods. The mixed teaching design is done from the whole process of pre class, in class and in class. The interactive function is fully used to understand the students' knowledge in time, and the corresponding solutions are put forward for the common problems in the mixed teaching for reference.

Why is it important?

(1)The teaching goal focuses on the development of students' comprehensive ability: the core goal of the course changes from knowledge imparting to students' ability training, and in the process of knowledge acquisition and skill training, it focuses on the cultivation and improvement of students' inquiry learning ability, innovative thinking ability and team cooperation ability, so as to provide assistance for their lifelong development; At the same time, we should integrate value building with knowledge imparting and ability training, clarify the history of network development, especially in China, combine professional education with general education, and integrate ideological and political elements into appropriate knowledge points to achieve professional skills, ideal and humanistic quality. (2)The teaching design emphasizes the student-centered position: using a variety of teaching methods and modern information technology means to mobilize students to actively participate in the whole process of teaching, online topic discussion, homework and testing, using anonymous student student mutual evaluation and other links to stimulate students' sense of competition, further strengthen the interest of Chemistry Learning and ensure the learning effect; At the same time, we should try our best to meet the needs of students' personalized development. Students with spare power in histology should form interest groups, strengthen the experimental skills training, and recommend to participate in the network engineer certification examination or network related events. (3)Pay attention to students' process evaluation in performance evaluation: change the final exam grading mode, and build a more reasonable diversified formative evaluation system with the help of network platform for statistical data, experimental reports and comprehensive experimental tests in the learning process. It is also clear from table 1 that after the implementation of mixed teaching, students' enthusiasm for online learning is rising and their scores are generally higher, This is closely related to the quantifiable process evaluation.

Perspectives

With the continuous improvement of the national requirements for the quality of College Students' training, the requirements for the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities are becoming more and more strict. Therefore, teachers need to constantly update the educational concept, innovate teaching methods, create a harmonious learning atmosphere, and improve the teaching effect in the teaching process. Online and offline hybrid teaching combines the advantages of traditional learning mode and Internet learning mode, which can not only let teachers play a leading role of guidance and inspiration in the classroom, but also fully reflect the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of students' learning. Computer network course adopts online mixed teaching, and has been committed to how to better build online resources, and make online courses and traditional classroom clever combination. From the practical effect, mixed teaching can fully stimulate students' learning initiative, develop students' innovative thinking, and enhance students' knowledge integration and application ability[25-27]. However, there are still some problems in blended teaching, such as the continuous construction of online resources, the integration of interactive elements in classroom teaching and the continuous optimization of online learning evaluation, which need to be improved and optimized in the future teaching practice.
