What is it about?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, complete and frequent handwashing needs to be practised. A Raspberry Pi system examines the handwashing steps based on video data of the connected mini camera. The steps are classified by applying a model based on a deep learning algorithm. The system can provide accuracy (82%) and F1-score (86%).

The handwashing assessment system can be operated in the public area. The system could attract people to be aware of the completeness of handwashing steps.

I hope the paper idea can contribute in minimizing the COVID-19 transmission. The complete handwashing step can ensure the hand will be hygienist.
