What is it about?
Our work aims to enhance the allocation of police vehicles in urban centers by providing decision makers with a robust and user-friendly tool for optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs related to response times. To achieve this, we utilize a multi-period facility location mathematical model that determines the optimal locations and timing for deploying police vehicles.
