What is it about?
MRCMPSP is a more realistic representation of the real-world environment, where many projects that have to be executed simultaneously need same resources, which are usually limited. The activities of projects can be executed in several modes that have their own specifics regarding the allocated resources and time duration. The aim is to find an optimal schedule of activities that fulfills various constraints such as precedence and resource constraints
