What is it about?
This work gives a full flow about how to automatically design integrated circuits. Designers simply input the requirements/specifications and circuit typologies, the machine will take the rest. At the end of the circuit production, this work gives an estimation of how good the design is. For example, the current design is a top 1% design with an assurance of 99% probability. We can always improve the quality of the design through more running time.

Why is it important?
Circuit performance optimization has been researched for years. However, no one can claim his/her result is the best for the sake of the complexity of non-linear optimization. This work firstly proposes a method to measure how good a result is with a probability estimation.
