What is it about?

This article summarizes our a non-verbal behavior annotation schema using a holistic multimodal approach. Such schema is deployed in a naturalistic corpus on basic healthcare information.

Why is it important?

This schema saves manual annotation efforts when building a ground-truth, and it can be used for evaluation of different modalities within a multimodal conversational agent.

Perspectives

This on-going work sets the basic groundings of our integrative philosophy in the project Kristina (http://kristina-project.eu) and within the Maria de Maeztu Initiative (https://portal.upf.edu/web/mdm-dtic) in the Engineering Department at the University Pompeu Fabra.
