What is it about?

You want to make your web resources accessible to people with disabilities. Do you think you just have to ensure the resources conform with WCAG guidelines? Wrong - you have to be aware of the context in which the resources are used. Making accessible informational resources can be easy, but what if the resources are intended to use used in learning or cultural contexts? How would you make a Salvador Dali painting accessible?! This paper explores these issues and rejects the notion of 'universal access' in favour of contextual accessibility.
