What is it about?

Taking the papers published in distance education magazine as the research object, this paper reviews the research hotspots and development trends of distance education in China in the past 30 years, and draws the conclusion: The research of distance education in China in the past 30 years has achieved fruitful results, covering the history and development of distance education, technology application, teaching mode, learning resources, quality assurance and other aspects, which is of great significance to the development of education in China. In addition, China's distance education in the future will pay more attention to the improvement of learning experience, the promotion of educational equity, and the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence. It provides reference for the research and development of distance education in China.
